Meal Planning

Based on at least 1 initial assessment, this can be added on to provide a more detailed outline of an individualized weekly plan. This will include an example 7 day menu tailored to your individual nutritional goals, grocery list organization strategies, pantry clean out/reorganization and budgeting guide.

Supplement Protocol Game Plan

Based on at least one initial nutrition assessment and your individualized health goals, a supplement protocol strategy can be added on to enhance your health and performance. This will include: education around supplement safety for your specific level of play (i.e collegiate or professional), specialized supplement recommendations based on your personal goals and budget, outline of timing of supplements to optimize absorption, and examples of foods to add with your supplements to enhance their benefits. 

Grocery Store Tours

Based on at least one initial nutrition assessment, a grocery store tour can be added on to help you navigate the grocery aisles to enhance your food choices as well as prioritize your budgetary needs. Eating healthy can be done on a budget but does require a little extra research to fine-tune. 

This add-on will include: a how-to guide on basics of navigating the grocery store, personalization of the handouts based on the grocery stores that are in your area, virtual or in-person guidance from a dietitian for one hour to ask all the questions your heart desires and learn about the little things to keep an eye out for when looking for foods that are quick, convenient and good for your health and performance. 

Hydration Protocols

Based on at least one initial nutrition assessment, hydration protocols can be added on to help assess sweat rate and optimize hydration strategies for practices vs competition days. 

Includes: personalized sweat testing assessment to determine sweat loss rate and electrolyte loss specific to you, detailed explanations and handouts of how this impacts health and performance, and specific recommendations for electrolyte replenishment and timing to optimize performance for practices and competition.

Individualized Handouts and Recipes

Based on at least one initial nutrition assessment, an individualized handout or recipe can be provided to further provide guidance and reminders for meeting your goals as well as provide accountability in between sessions. These handouts can range from individualized reminders from goals set in sessions to personalized smoothie or snack recipes that can help you meet your goals faster.
