Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Fairlife chocolate milk
  • 1 banana, peeled, frozen
  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 Tbsps tart cherry juice concentrate
  • 1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder

Instructions

  1. Put 1 frozen peeled banana in blender. (if you don’t have frozen bananas, use 1 fresh ripe banana and add 1/2 cup of ice to help thicken the smoothie)
  2. Pour chocolate milk and cherry concentrate into the blender.
  3. Add 1/2 scoop of protein powder to the blender.
  4. Add 1 tbsp peanut butter.
  5. Blend all ingredients together for about 20-30 seconds or until smooth.
