Cherry Chocolate Peanut Butter Recovery Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1.5 cups Fairlife chocolate milk
- 1 banana, peeled, frozen
- 1 Tbsp peanut butter
- 2 Tbsps tart cherry juice concentrate
- 1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder
Instructions
- Put 1 frozen peeled banana in blender. (if you don’t have frozen bananas, use 1 fresh ripe banana and add 1/2 cup of ice to help thicken the smoothie)
- Pour chocolate milk and cherry concentrate into the blender.
- Add 1/2 scoop of protein powder to the blender.
- Add 1 tbsp peanut butter.
- Blend all ingredients together for about 20-30 seconds or until smooth.
