Mixed Berry Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- ½ cup old fashioned rolled oats
- ¾ cup milk of choice (cow’s milk, almondmilk, soymilk, etc)
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp agave
- ½-3/4 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 Tbsp cinnamon
- Toppings for the morning: pumpkin seeds, additional cinnamon, and agave
Instructions
- Add oats, milk, chia seeds, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and agave to container and mix well.
- Add frozen mixed berries.
- Cover container with lid and put in refrigerator to sit overnight.
- The next morning, mix oatmeal and top with pumpkin seeds. Enjoy!
