Mixed Berry Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • ½ cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • ¾ cup milk of choice (cow’s milk, almondmilk, soymilk, etc)
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbsp agave
  • ½-3/4 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 Tbsp cinnamon
  • Toppings for the morning: pumpkin seeds, additional cinnamon, and agave

Instructions

  1. Add oats, milk, chia seeds, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and agave to container and mix well.
  2. Add frozen mixed berries.
  3. Cover container with lid and put in refrigerator to sit overnight.
  4. The next morning, mix oatmeal and top with pumpkin seeds. Enjoy!
