My goal for this site is to provide recipes and resources to discover the joy of cooking in your own kitchen as well as provide guidance on how to explore and learn about different cuisines to help you on your nutrition journey when traveling. I personally enjoy exploring new flavors in both my kitchen and my travels. Learning how to cook and navigate food choices while traveling are essential life skills to help meet individual nutrition goals while also enjoying food without the need to follow internal food or diet rules. Food is cultural, textural, flavorful, and ultimately a journey we take with our senses to nourish our body and soul.
