Easy Crockpot Fajita Chicken
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups of favorite salsa
- 1.5 cups frozen corn
- 4 Tbsp homemade taco seasoning
- 1 can of black beans, drained
- 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, frozen or thawed
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Pour the salsa over the chicken until completely covered.
- Add in frozen corn and taco seasoning.
- Set the crockpot to cook for 6-8 hours on low or 4-6 hours on high.
- After it completes the cooking time, shred chicken and mix in the sauce.
- Let sit on a warm setting for at least 20 minutes for the chicken to absorb the sauce.
