Easy Crockpot Fajita Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups of favorite salsa
  • 1.5 cups frozen corn
  • 4 Tbsp homemade taco seasoning
  • 1 can of black beans, drained
  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, frozen or thawed

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. Pour the salsa over the chicken until completely covered.
  3. Add in frozen corn and taco seasoning.
  4. Set the crockpot to cook for 6-8 hours on low or 4-6 hours on high.
  5. After it completes the cooking time, shred chicken and mix in the sauce.
  6. Let sit on a warm setting for at least 20 minutes for the chicken to absorb the sauce.
