Ingredients

  • ½ cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • ¾ cup milk of choice (I use cow’s milk or almond milk)
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp almond extract
  • 1 Tbsp agave
  • ¼ cup frozen mango
  • Toppings for the morning: shredded coconut and slivered almonds

Instructions

  1. Add oats, milk, chia seeds, almond Extract, and agave to container and mix well.
  2. Add frozen mango.
  3. Cover container with lid and let sit overnight.
  4. In the morning, mix oatmeal and top with shredded coconut and slivered almonds. Enjoy!

  • Mason jar or small container with lid 
  • Measuring spoons 
  • Measuring cups
